Philip Hensler

MS, ATC, LAT, PES, EMT-B

As the owner and sole proprietor of Philip Hensler Photography, llc I would like to offer my recommendation for Mary Peluso. Mary was my liaison to the company that had contracted me to perform photography and aerial video projects at multiple company locations since 2021. These projects were highly complex requiring the coordination of personnel, assets, delivery schedules, weather and secured access clearance in multiple locations. Correspondence with Mary was always professional, concise and regular. I was always kept in the loop as to where in the decision making process a contract was, who the decision makers were for each project, what additional information was needed and relayed information back and forth in an efficient manner. I never had to worry about "checking in" to see where an approval was. Mary was proactive and would make sure she understood the scope of proposals before presenting and accurately convey this info to the stakeholders. Mary understood how her company operated and would request additional information that she knew would be asked for in advance so that project timelines would be maintained. You could tell Mary took pride in her role and navigated leadership and stakeholders with insight and acumen. My experience working with Mary resulted in some of the smoothest projects and timelines while working with individuals as detailed oriented as her management was. Mary's demeanor was always friendly, calm and collected. I would work with Mary on more projects given the opportunity.

I had the pleasure of working with Mary on the same team and project. Mary is an excellent assistant and a quick learner. Her ability to adapt in many situations is unsurpassed. She is always willing and able to assist in whatever capability she is needed. Mary is very knowledgeable in all aspects of Microsoft products, She is a definite "go-getter" and is willing to take on any problem and will not stop until she has found the solutions. She is very detailed oriented and is able to multi-task efficiently. It was always a pleasure working with Mary and I would highly recommend her for any position.

Jamie Hayden (Employee at both Mary's Little Lambs and Miss Mary's Play Time)

Donor Relations and Stewardship Specialist at Vincentian Collaborative System

I worked with Mary at Play Time LLC. She was my supervisor and led the employees and children in an efficient manner. She was the supervisor of all areas. She managed enrollment, employees and the daily schedule/agenda for children of all ages. Mary always made sure we had the proper supplies for all of the daily activities and the proper snacks and supplies for the children. Her dedication and motivation made the parents feel comfortable leaving their children. She was able to communicate to the parents about how the child interacted each day. Having children of all ages and different restrictions made it more challenging, but Mary was always able to find a solution. Her passion and dedication make her a great leader and mentor.

Sandra L Wagner RDN, LDN (Client at Mary's Little Lambs)

Independent Strategic Business Consultant

Mary Peluso is a hardworking and dependable worker with an entrepreneurial spirit. She was the proprietor of Mary's Little Lambs, the child care center that my daughter attended from the time she was three months old to pre-school. Mary was excellent in working with the children and very personable with the parents. She had daily activities planned for the children, made certain they remained physically active and she was very reliable. My daughter is now fifteen and she still visits Mary and holds her in the very highest regard as do my husband and I.
